Hi, I’m Christine,

By day, I design user experiences in tech and parent two young kids. By night, I’m meal prepping between bath time and picking up toys.

I cook vibrant, healthy meals inspired by cuisines around the world, using less meat, more legumes and vegetables to nourish my family and reduce our carbon footprint. From okra to chicken heart, nothing is off the table and as a result, my kids eat everything we eat.

I grew up in a home where everything was cooked from scratch. We couldn’t afford takeaways or ready meals and looking back, that was a gift. While convenience food can often feel like all our time can afford, I’ve carried the tradition of home cooking into my own family life.

I created Yin Table to deliver my freshly cooked weekly meals to busy households, healthy food without compromising on flavour.

How does it work?

Every Monday, I’ll share two meals I’m preparing for my family enough to cover four days. Place your order by Thursday at 12 PM, and I’ll cook and deliver them to you. All you need to do is reheat and enjoy.

Beef massaman curry with beans, jasmine rice and mixed vegetables.

Nut-free power balls made from oats, linseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dark chocolate, honey, prunes and desiccated coconut.
